Women's Steam Room

When it was first noticed that the steam unit was not working, several attempts were made to fix it internally. Our General Services department replaced the contactors as well as the transformers within the steam generator. This turned out to be only part of the issue and the contractor, Manatron, was contacted to further diagnose the issues.
Manatron identified two leaks as well issues with the pressure control valves and recommended part replacement. Work by Manatron was approved and parts were ordered. Manatron installed the parts and informed us that the issue had been resolved.
When further issues continued, Manatron was contacted again via phone and inferred the new problems were related to the system digital controls. Digital controls were inspected and determined to not be the cause. Manatron has been scheduled once again to come out because we believe there to be an issue with the one of the new parts installed.

Manatron returned and was able to get the Steam unit working again temporarily. However, they have ordered a new pressure cut-off valve as a warranty replacement.

The part manufacturer wanted Manatron to verify a few functions on the unit to confirm the faulty part. Manatron was able to confirm this and complete the re-order. The manufacturer is sending the replacement part. As soon as it arrives, Manatron will install this new part.
