Group Fitness Classes

Join us for our Group Fitness classes! Check out the schedule below to find class times and descriptions. To take a class, check in at the front desk and pay a drop-in fee or scan your Punch Pass to receive a class pass. Take the class pass to the instructor. Class passes are given on a first-come first-serve basis. Group fitness classes are for members 15 and older.

Pricing for Group Fitness Classes

  • $75 for unlimited classes for 3 months
  • $40 Punch Pass for 15 classes
  • $4 drop-in fee for one class

A 50% senior discount will be applied for anyone over the age of 50.

Upcoming Class Changes

Core Vinyasa Yoga on July 3 will be held from 5:30-6:30pm instead of its usual time of 6-7pm.

Personal Trainers

No matter what your personal goals are, the personal trainers at the AAC can create a program that is right for you. Stop by or call the front desk for more information on contacting a personal trainer.

Personal training, teaching, coaching, or instructing at the AAC is restricted to those individuals that are contracted with the Town of Addison.
