Addison Outdoors classes are the perfect way to get outside and enjoy our parks! Classes take place during various times throughout the day in Addison Circle Park and Vitruvian Park. See the maps at the bottom of the page for help finding classes locations.

Goat Yoga

Addison Circle Park - Garden Central

You are Cordially invited to Goat Yoga in Addison, Texas! Come and get your yoga on in Addison's backyard while pet goats graze and jump around (or on) you!

Camp Gladiator

Addison Circle Park - Ellipse

Camp Gladiator is a four-week fitness program led by certified personal trainers, where every workout is different. Each "camp" is a 60-minute, full-body workout incorporating both cardio and strength exercises.

Vitruvian Park - Amphitheater, Outdoor Fitness Court

Come and join your Vitruvian Park fitness trainer for a boot camp, as featured on Good Morning Texas! This 1-hour full body workout is great for those with all levels of fitness, and your first session is free!

Six Packs And Dog Packs Training

Addison Circle Park - Plaza

You and your pup are invited to join Six Packs and Dog Packs for a group training event! This class works in a group setting, teaching your dog proper socializing exercises and skills.

TOFU Yoga

Addison Circle Park - NW Green

Looking for a community where you can find your tribe? Join TOFU Yoga for a Soulful Sunday Stretch and Flow class Sundays at 2pm. All levels are welcome, come connect and grow!

During Town Special Events, TOFU Yoga will relocate to the lawn at Addison Town Hall. Please check TOFU Yoga class page for details on upcoming classes.

If you're interested in becoming an outdoor vendor, please email Recreation Supervisor Anna Weir at aweir@addisontx.gov. Your email should include:

Instructor certification and experience
Proposed class location
Proposed dates and times
Proposed class name, description, size

Our staff will review your submission and may get in touch with you for more info if needed. Selections are based on the mission, instructor's qualifications, experience, no advertising for personal gain, date and time availability, location availability, need for the program, marketability of the program. Applying does not guarantee selection as a contracted instructor or program.
