Golden Hour

Golden Hour, located at the water tower site on the corner of Surveyor Boulevard and Arapaho Road, is the creation of local artist Russ Connell and his wife Kelsea Lyon. The gold metallic stainless-steel sculpture stands thirteen feet tall with a three-foot round base. The name refers to the time of day, typically shortly after sunrise or before sunset, when the sun shines with a warmer, almost magical light.
