Member Services

Each resident 18 and older needs the following items with their name and Addison address

• Valid Texas Driver's License or Texas Identification Card
• Secondary proof of residency (examples include insurance, bank statement, utility bill, W-2, pay stub, vehicle registration).
  • Must be current or dated within 30 days
  • Must be printed or ready to email digital copy at time of registration

Apartment residents will also need a signed Verification Form from your apartment leasing office with your name.

Dependents 17 and under may be listed on their parent or guardian's membership application. Dependents 18-23 may remain on their parent or guardian's membership if enrolled as a full-time college student. Proof of full-time college enrollment may be accepted in place of the minimum requirements listed above.

There is a one-time non-refundable $10 fee for membership. Memberships need to be renewed annually. There is no fee for renewal, but members need to bring in the documents listed above.

Members are welcome to bring up to two guests per day. All guests fill out a waiver before using the facility and pay a guest fee. Members have to stay at the Athletic Club while their guests use the facility.

• $8 for ages 15+
• $4 for ages 8-14
• $2 for ages 7 and under

At the seasonal outdoor pool, members can bring up to four guests with a maximum of 8 guests per family. With the exception of the unisex changing suites, outdoor pool guests may not use indoor facilities including the indoor pool, hot tub, and locker rooms.

• Ages 2 and under are free

Summer Camp

• Weekly Fee: $125

Outdoor Pool Pavilion 

• Refundable Deposit: $50
• 20 people: $50/hour
• 30 people: $75/hour

Park Use Permits

• Addison resident: $150 refundable deposit
• Addison Business: $150 refundable deposit, $75 for first three hours of use ($25 for each additional hour)
• Non-Addison resident or business (destination park only): $150 refundable deposit, $75 for three hours of use

Miscellaneous Fees

• Lost Locker Key: $10
• Independent Contractor Reimbursement: 20%
• Equipment Replacement/Damage: Based on replacement or repair cost
• Recreation Program: Fees vary
